• Must have 2+ years outside sales with a track record of success
• Be well groomed and clean
• Must be very familiar with the area

• Be able to manage his/her time to effectively and quickly get the job done

Sub-Contractors (electrical / security install)

• Must be able to speak English!
• Must be able to provide proof of insurance
• Have a professional looking van or truck
• Have a variety of good quality tools to perform all sorts of home repairs
• Be well groomed and clean
• Have a clean criminal and lawsuit background
• Be able to show up for work when scheduled
• Be able to manage his/her time to effectively and quickly get the job done
• Clean up his/her work area as good or better than before he/she started
• Write neatly and be able to keep track of his/her time
• Call the customer before arriving or if the schedule changes
• Know how to schedule the work
